Aid Stations: Miles 2, 4, 6.56, 9.12, 11.12, 13.12, 15.12, 17.12, 19.68, 22.24, 24.24, and finish line. Supplies include water, Gatorade Endurance, pickle juice, potato chips, and other TBD snacks.

Course Description: 3.1 miles on the towpath towards Washington D.C., turn around and return to Lock 44.
