The Watershed Institute, Pennington NJ
Wednesday, June 18th, 2025
Join us on Wednesday, June 18, for the Run for Clean Water, Solstice Trail Run—a celebration of endurance, community, and environmental stewardship. This annual event supports The Watershed Institute’s mission to keep our water clean, safe, and healthy.
Run or walk through scenic trails to celebrate the longest day of the year and then relax with a post-race party featuring Antimo’s pizza for purchase, a free glass of beer or wine from Old Hights Brewing Company, complimentary s’mores around the firepit, and music by Ambient DJ.
We all need clean water. The Solstice Trail Run raises essential funds for The Watershed Institute’s conservation, advocacy, science, and education programs. Our goal is to raise $32,000 to protect our environment.
Photos and videos will be taken during this event for promotional and documentation purposes.
This year we are honored to present the second annual Isabella de la Houssaye Award to the top female finisher of the 5K race. Isabella was a dedicated endurance athlete and an advocate for early lung cancer screening. After being diagnosed with Stage 4 non-small-cell lung cancer, she continued her incredible adventures, running marathons, competing in Ironman triathlons, and inspiring countless others. A long-time supporter of The Watershed, Isabella played a pivotal role in organizing the Solstice Trail Run and always participated, bringing her family and friends.
