- Timed Run: A Timed Run with Live Results
- Shirts: Early Registrants receive a Shirt or Tank. We do our best to accommodate those who register later and extra shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis. We also may have shirts from other events we will bring :)
- Finisher's Medal: Unique finisher's medals included with your registration
- Awards: Age Group Awards

Run, walk or dance 3.1 miles around the flat paths of the BEAUTIFUL Duke Island Park, finish with a sweet treat! Vegan/Dairy Free options available.
