🌳 Course Description

• Scenic Views: This 5K course gives you the best views of gorgeous Duke Island as well as the Raritan River and Canal.
• Peaceful Environment: With half of the course adjacent to water, you are sure to have one of the most peaceful runs of your life!
• Finisher Medal: After completing your run, you'll end the race with a one of a kind finisher medal.
• Donut Treat: Enjoy a delicious donut after your run!

• Hills: Are there hills? No. Whew!
• Water Stations: Yes! We will have water situated around mile 1.5.
• Participation: Do I have to be a runner? Nope, you can absolutely walk!

• Founding Purpose: Live Run Give LLC is committed to supporting breast cancer research and organizations that help give support to breast cancer patients.
• Annual Selection: Each year, we select 2-3 not for profits to be charity beneficiaries of our races.
• Beneficiary: The beneficiary for this event is Metavivor. A portion of our proceeds and all donations will go directly to Metavivor.
• Research Funding: Currently, only 2-5% of funds raised for breast cancer research are allocated for Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

In honor of my best friend Lynette, the matriarchs of my family Mama Ceci, Mama Olga, Mama Chicho, and my aunt Delia, and the dozens of other women who inspire to give to breast cancer charities.
