Dive into the thrill of the Starlight Run, where you'll sprint through 3 exhilarating miles on the same route as the iconic CareOregon Starlight Parade! The Starlight Run is the wacky warm-up act and is starting and finishing on Naito Parkway at Portland Rose Festival CityFair.
