When you sign up for the Gresham Lilac Run presented by Unitus Community Credit Union, your race fees go to support our Race Beneficiary - Loco Por La Aventura, a nonprofit based in Gresham who is focused on promoting educational equity and outdoor engagement for the Latino Community.

🚦 Race Day Information

• Date: Saturday, April 26
• 8:00 am: Half Marathon
• 8:15 am: 10K
• 8:30 am: 5K

🛤️ Course 101

• Prepare for the Elements: The Half Marathon and 10k course takes place on both paved trails/roads and dirt trails. Be prepared for mud and wet and keep an eye on the weather as the race approaches!
• Trail Etiquette: Stay to the right and pass on the left. We share this trail with the public, so please be cautious and courteous to all pedestrians and cyclists on the trails.
• Street Crossing: ALL courses cross public roads with volunteers at major intersections. Always be cautious and alert.
• Emergencies: Call 911 for any emergencies, and there will be EMT/Paramedic at Main City Park.

🐾 Dogs on the Trail

Friendly pups on a leash are allowed on the courses. Start at the back of your race heat to avoid trip hazards. Please bring your own pup-poop bags.

🎖️ Bibs and Finisher Medals

Bibs must be visible at the finish line to receive a finisher medal. All athletes will have tags on their bibs for post-race Migration Brewing beer for those 21+ or a warmup coffee, and a pancake breakfast.

👧 FREE Little Lilac Run

Please email LilacRun@:GreshamOregon.gov to register kids 12 and under. This race will be a 2 loop 400 meter dash on the Springwater Corridor. Parents can run with kids and they will be visible from the start/finish line.

📊 Course Information

Bibs: 5K athletes will have blue bibs, 10K athletes will have green bibs, and Half Marathon athletes will have purple bibs. Each bib must be visible to receive a finisher medal.

🏃 Race Distances

Half Marathon

Starts at 8:00 am. Runners will take on the scenic route starting at Main City Park.

10K

Starts at 8:15 am. Athletes will begin on the Springwater Trail heading towards Boring.

5K

Starts at 8:30 am. Athletes will head to the Springwater trail towards Portland and return to Main City Park.
