Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
📅 Class Details
- Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week
- Age Group: Kids aged 8-14 years old
- Focus: Fun, health, running speed, and overall conditioning
- Capacity: Capped at 30 registrants
💰 Cost Information
- Cost: $65
- Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering
- Includes: 8 weeks of coached workouts, training plan, 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information from The Running PTs, and a training shirt
- Financial Assistance: Contact us if you have financial difficulty: we have a donation program that can help out
