📝 Event Description
You are invited to participate in the UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine SAVMA's Run/ Walk 5k to raise awareness regarding wellness and mental well-being for veterinary students and professionals.
- Dogs Allowed: Dogs are welcome to participate in the race as well.
- Requirements: Completion of a waiver and submission of up to date vaccination documentation (Rabies and Distemper) are required for participation.
⏰ Event Logistics
- Check-In Time: 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM
- Race Start Time: 9:00 AM
🚗 Parking
- Location: Lot 60 near the boat launch.
- Cost: Parking is free on the weekends.
☔ Weather Policy
IF THERE IS RAIN OR SNOW DURING THE EVENT, THE RACE WILL STILL BE HELD.
🏅 Participant Perks
Registered participants will receive a T-shirt and a grab bag. Raffle prizes and a breakfast will occur post race.
