COURSE IS PAVED, FLAT AND FAST!

Registration: 8:00 am

10K race: 9:00 am

5K race: 9:00 am

🏆 Runs are USATFNJ 500 point Grand Prix Events.

Walkers go out immediately after the races begin.

Why walk 45 minutes?

That's the average amount of time a child in rural Kenya walks one way to school each day.

Prizes: to Top 3 M/F Overall Finishers

Awards: to Top M/F 1st, 2nd, 3rd place Finishers in the following Age Groups:

• Age Groups: 15 & Under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29
• Age Groups: 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49
• Age Groups: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69
• Age Groups: 70-74, 75-79, 80-89, 90+

All proceeds to benefit Kiwimbi International.
