Running Club - Spring 2025

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Running club will meet for 10 weeks on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm and all experience levels are welcome. Club will not meet on April 16 due to Spring Break.

🏅 Practice Details

• Run Discussion: Participants will engage in discussions about running strategies.
• Lap tracking + Shoe Collection: Keep track of laps and ensure proper shoe gear.
• Run Specific Drill/Exercise: Focus on drills to enhance running skills.
• Cooldown: Conclude each session with a proper cooldown.

👟 Registration Information

Space is limited to the first 25 registrants, and registration is non-refundable/non-transferable.

🏁 Local Race Opportunity

Fitwize Running Club members are invited to join us in the Run the Greenway 5k/10k/Fun Run on May 4. Participants need to register for this race separately (www.dullesgreenway.com/registration): the race registration fee is not included in the Fitwize Running Club registration (race is not mandatory to be a participant of the club). Please be sure your child has a running buddy prior to signing up for the race.
