Get ready for a great evening of fun at the Suds & Soles 5K!
- Date and Time: Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 7:30pm
- Location: Rockville Town Center
- Organizer: Presented through a partnership of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club and the City of Rockville.
- Post Race Party: Followed by a fantastic post race party with local brewery samples and refreshments.

The 5K race (adult registration) will again feature tiered pricing -- register early & SAVE!
- Tier 1: 50 Slots – $37
- Tier 2: 100 Slots – $39.50
- Tier 3: 150 Slots – $42
- Tier 4: 200 Slots – $44.50
- Tier 5: 150 Slots – $47
- Tier 6: 100 Slots – $49.50
- Tier 7: $52
- Race Day: Beginning at Noon (if not sold out) – $57
🏃 Course Description
Suds & Soles is a USATF certified 5K course beginning and ending in Rockville Town Center.
- Route: The course will run through downtown Rockville and through neighborhood roads before returning to Town Center.
- Pace Policy: Participants who maintain a pace greater than 20 minutes per mile may be directed to the sidewalk.
- Pedestrian Rules: Those directed to the sidewalk will be required to follow normal pedestrian rules.
⏱️ Timing and Scoring
The 5K race will be scored with the IPICO Bib Chip which will be attached to the bib you receive at packet pick up registration.
- Results Posting: Results will be posted on this webpage and www.mcrrc.org approximately 24 hours after the race.
- Time Display: Both “net” and “gun” times will be displayed.

- Awards Policy: Awards WILL NOT be mailed!
- Categories: Awards to the top male and female finishers in both open and masters divisions.
- Age Group Prizes: Additionally, age group prizes will be awarded!
