Spring 2025 Kids 5K training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
📅 Program Details
- Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
- Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old.
- Objective: Have fun, get healthy, and build run endurance to complete a 5K.
- Group Training: Kids will be grouped by pace after a timed mile.
💰 Cost Information
- Total Cost: $70. No refunds or class credits for dropouts.
- Included In Cost: 8 weeks of coached workouts, a training plan, discounts, educational info, a training shirt, and an end-of-season medal.
- Financial Aid: Contact us for assistance if you have financial difficulties.
- Coaches: Patti Tiernan & Tara Wind will co-coach the class.
