Wolftrap 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Date & Time: Sunday, April 27, 2025, starting at 8:00 am
• Location: 1903 Beulah Rd, Vienna, VA
• Activities: 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run open to all paces and ages
• Theme: Participants are encouraged to wear capes and/or tutus

💰 Registration Fees

• 5K Run/Walk Adult: $40 through March 23, $45 from March 24 through Race Day
• 5K Run/Walk Child: $30 through March 23, $35 from March 24 through Race Day
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $20 through March 23, $25 from March 24 through Race Day
• Shirt Guarantee: Registrations completed by April 12 guarantee a race shirt

⏰ Race Day Details

• Race Schedule: 1-mile fun run starts at 8:00 am: 5K starts at 8:30 am
• Time Limit: 1 hour to complete the 5K
• Strollers: Welcome at both races
• Weather: The event takes place rain or shine

🎽 Packet Pickup and Late Registration

• Pickup Times: Friday, April 25 from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm
• Race Day Pickup: Sunday, April 27 from 7:15 am to 8:15 am
• Location: Wolftrap Elementary School
• Same Day Registration: Available at packet pickup

Awards & Prizes

• Overall Awards: Trophies and medals for top three male and female finishers
• Age Categories: Medals for top male and female finishers in various age groups
• Categories: 4 & under, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over
• Participants: Includes teachers and students in the awards
