Raleigh Run for Rare 5K

🏃‍♂️ 2025 Raleigh Run for Rare 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

The National MPS Society will host a timed 5K run and 1 mile walk, beginning at 9 AM on Saturday, March 29. The 1 mile walk will begin at 9:15 AM. Packet pickup and day of registration will open at 7:30 AM. A picnic for attendees and volunteers will be held after the race!

• Event Time: 9 AM for 5K, 9:15 AM for 1 Mile Walk
• Packet Pickup: Opens at 7:30 AM
• Age Range: Open to individuals of all ages and abilities

🌍 Not able to join in person? Participate virtually!

It is just like any other 5K, except there is no official race location. You get to choose where, with whom, and even how you want to complete the 5K. By participating virtually, you can run the 5K at any time leading up to March 29th. It can even be done in increments, keeping track of your distance until you hit the 5K!

• Flexibility: Choose your location and companions
• Timing: Complete before March 29th
• Distance: Track your progress towards 5K
• Participation: Great option for those unable to attend in person

💼 Sponsorship Levels

• Platinum Corporate Sponsorship: $1,500 - includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, banner at the event, and up to 20 participants
• Gold Corporate Sponsorship: $1,000 - includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, small sign at the event, and up to 15 participants
• Team Sponsorship Level 1: $500 - includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 10 participants
• Team Sponsorship Level 2: $300 - includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 5 participants

👕 Information on T-Shirts

• In-person runners: Shirts guaranteed if you register by February 23 or for the first 300 registrants.
• Virtual runners: Register by February 23 to receive your shirt in time!
