Join us for the 1st Annual Shamrock Shuffle for A-Rare-Ness and Run for a Cure in beautiful Roane County, Tennessee! This family-friendly event is more than just a run—it's an opportunity to come together as a community and support The Kennedy Ladd Foundation in their tireless fight to cure MPS1.

What to Expect:
5K Run/Walk: Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this 5K is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
Family Fun: Bring the whole family for a morning of fun!

Let's Make It a Tradition
The Turkey Trot for a Cure: MPS1 aims to become a beloved Thanksgiving tradition in Roane County that families look forward to year after year. With festive fun, community spirit, and a shared goal of curing MPS1, this event promises to be memorable for participants of all ages. Come out, give thanks, and make strides toward a brighter future together.

 

T-shirts: Short-sleeved, unisex shirts. Please note our shirt policy: Anyone registering after Feburary 23rd will receive shirts while supplies last. The shirt order will be placed on Feburary 24th, and when the inventory runs out in the RunSignUp system, there will be no more shirts. No re-orders.

Awards will be presented beginning at 9:45.

Race Etiquette: Due to insurance regulations, rollerblades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K course. Walkers are welcome! The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 30 minutes.
