🏖️ Swim Course: Experience the Water

• Course Length: 800 Meter swim along the Tellico dam for an out-over-and-back course.
• Olympic Loop: Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!

🚴 Bike Course: Rolling Hills Await

• Transition: Come out onto the beach and make your way to our transition area.
• Distance: Hit the 16-mile rolling hill bike course, or go further for the Olympic course at 25 miles.
• Scenery: The sights are beautiful!

🏃‍♂️ Run Course: A Memorable Finish

• Route: Head out on a run that takes you out and back along the dam.
• Finish Line: Look forward to a finish to remember... You know at PBR it's all about you.

This year we are going to let you get a schwagalicious running singlet to commemorate the occasion!

📅 Packet Pickup: Important Times

• Date: Packet Pickup will be Friday, June 14th from 5:30pm-7pm.
• Saturday Morning: Pickup starts at 5:30am until 7:20am.
• Chips: Will be distributed Race morning only.

⏰ Race Schedule: What to Expect

• 5:30 am: Transition opens.
• 7:20 am: Gather on the beach for swim start and pre-race announcements.
• 7:30 am: Sprint Swimmers start! Storm the beaches!
• 11 am: The Kids Splash N Dash will begin on the beach. Stick around and watch the best racing ever!
