Have you always dreamed of Kona? Well, how about a mini version to start you off?
🏊 Swim Course Details
- Distance: 800 Meter swim along the Tellico dam
- Format: Out and back swim course
- Loops: Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!
🚴 Bike Course Information
- Distance: 16-mile rolling hill bike course for Sprint
- Extended Course: Olympic course is 25 miles for more scenic views
- Sights: The sights are beautiful!
🏃 Run Course Overview
- Format: Out and back along the dam
- Finish Line: A finish to remember...
- About: You know at PBR it's all about you.

📅 Packet Pickup Information
- When: Friday, June 14th from 5:30pm-7pm
- Saturday: Morning starting at 5:30am till 7:20am
- Chips: Will be distributed Race morning only
⏰ Race Day Schedule
- 5:30 am: Transition opens
- 7:20 am: Gather on the beach for swim start and pre-race announcements
- 7:30 am: Sprint Swimmers start! Storm the beaches!
- 7:45 am: Olympic Swimmers start
- 8 am: 5k/10k starts
- 11am: The Kids Splash N Dash will begin on the beach. Stick around and watch the best racing ever!
