🏊♂️ Race Overview
Have you always dreamed of Kona? Well, how about a mini version to start you off?
🏖️ Swim Course
Storm the beach into your 800 Meter swim along the Tellico dam for an out over and back swim course. Two loops will get you OLYMPIC!
🚴♀️ Bike Course
Come out onto the beach and make your way to our transition area to hit out on the 16-mile rolling hill bike course. The Olympic course will take you a little further for an even more scenic (if that's possible) 25 miles. The sights are beautiful!
🏃♂️ Run Course
Following the bike, you will head out on a run that takes you out and back along the dam to a finish to remember... You know at PBR it's all about you.

🏃♀️ Additional Run Options
There will also be a 5k/10k run only course! So bring your friends and put them to work running! Both of these courses are certified:

This year we are going to let you get a schwagalicious running singlet to commemorate the occasion!
📅 Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be Friday, on site, June 14th from 5:30pm-7pm and again on Saturday morning starting at 5:30am till 7:20am.
🕒 Race Day Schedule
- 5:30 am: Transition opens
- 7:20 am: Gather on the beach for swim start and pre-race announcements.
- 7:30 am: Sprint Swimmers start! Storm the beaches!
- 7:45 am: Olympic Swimmers start
- 8 am: 5k/10k starts
- 11 am: The Kids Splash N Dash will begin on the beach. Stick around and watch the best racing ever!
