• Costume Awards: Awards for Best Dressed.
• Biggest Team: Special recognition for the largest group.
• Overall Awards: Top male and female participants will receive medals.
• Categories: Awards for top 3 male and female in different age groups.

📅 Race Day Information

• Date: Saturday, March 1st, 2025
• Packet Pickup: 6:30 am - 7:30 am
• National Anthem: 7:40 am
• Race Start: 8:00 am - 5K, Awards at 9:00 am

📦 Pre-Packet Pickup

• Location: Chicken N Pickle, Grand Prairie TX, 75052
• Date: February 27th
• Time: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Packet Details: Anyone can pick up your packet, maximum of 6 packets per pickup.

⚠️ Volunteer Opportunities

• Packet Pickup: Assist in distributing packets to participants.
• Aid Station: Provide water to participants and keep the course clean.
• Course Monitor: Help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic.
• Encouragement: Bring props to cheer on runners: creativity is encouraged!

🔄 Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Policy: No refunds as events proceed rain or shine.
• Extreme Weather: Start time may be delayed: course may be altered for safety.
• Safety Concerns: Event may be canceled in case of lightning or unsafe conditions.
• Understanding: Appreciate your support and understanding of these policies.

🕒 Post-Race Information

• Virtual Race: Participants unable to attend can still receive packets and run at their convenience.
