Lace Up El Paso is proud to introduce the Inaugural El Paso Sunrise Series!
- Events: FIVE - 5k’s ran throughout the city of El Paso!
- Season Finale: Taking place at Up and Running!
- Purpose: Events are being ran with the goal to provide scholarships to El Paso Community College Cross Country athletes.
- Dates: June 07, 2025 – TBD, June 21, 2025 – TBD, June 28, 2025 – TBD, July 12, 2025 – TBD, July 26, 2025 – Up and Running Season Finale!

- Medal: Custom El Paso Sunrise Series Medal for all registered participants!
- Add-ons: Custom Medal Add-ons for each event you complete!
- Completion: Complete all FIVE events to complete your El Paso Sunrise Medal! (Virtual options available - mailing fees apply).
- Discount: Register for ALL five LIVE events and receive a $35 discount! (No added discount for virtual events).
🎁 Giveaways
- Unique Giveaways: Each event will have its own unique giveaway!
- Sign Up: Sign up for each event so you don’t miss out on the amazing swag!
- Limited Availability: Giveaways are limited and guaranteed only to the first 200 registered participants of each event.
- Shirts: For events with shirt giveaways, those registering after May 01, 2025 may receive their shirt AFTER the event.
🏆 Awards
- Age Group Awards: Top Three Finishers in each Age Group at each live event.
- Custom Awards: Overall Fastest Males and Females (1st, 2nd, 3rd) of the Series!
- Largest Teams: Awards for the LARGEST Teams (1st, 2nd, 3rd) at the Up and Running Season Finale.
- No Virtual Awards: There are no awards for virtual events.

Each event will have Strava segments up for grabs! Find the segments, Lace Up and earn that crown!
🎉 Post-Race Celebration
Runner's Party at all events: Vendors, music, water, popsicles.
📦 Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup location and time, TBD. Please review emails and IG social media for the most up to date information. There will be no race day packet pickup. If traveling or to make arrangements for pick up, please contact race director.
🗓️ Race Day Information
- Registration: Race Day Registration will be available on RunSignUp.com, but ends sharply at 6:15am, no exceptions.
- Schedule: 5:30am – 10am.
- Vendor Setup: Vendor setup closes at 6:15, no more vehicles allowed in vendor area.
- Event Timing: 6:30 – Announcements, Warm Up and National Anthem: 6:45 – 5k Start: 8:00 – Kids dash: 8:30 – Awards Ceremony: 9:30 – Event ends.
♿ Accessibility
We welcome wheelchairs, & strollers out on the course. No bicycles, roller blades/skates, skateboards, wagons, scooters, motorized or electric devices. We are absolutely pet friendly! (Pets must be on a leash both on and off the course. You must pick up after your pets).
