🏃‍♂️ The Chanoko 31K & 5K Trail Runs

The Chanoko 31K & 5K trail Runs are back on March 8th, 2025. The Chanoko 31K will start from Auburn Overlook and run to Granite Beach, Folsom Lake on the famous Pioneer Express Trail. The 5K will start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.

🥇 Back in 2025: Chanoko Finisher Medals!

The Chanoko Trail Runs offer two distances to choose from: 31K and 5K.

• Custom Apparel: Finishers at each event will receive custom Chanoko Finisher's Apparel, with a Finisher's Long Sleeve T-shirt for 31K runners.
• Medals: Finisher Medals for both distances.
• Post Race Food: We will also have post race food for all runners at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake after their runs are finished.
• Awards: Overall male and female Champions in each race will receive special Champion awards and age-group awards will be presented three-deep for both races.

📦 Athlete Sign-Up Information

Athletes signing up race week will have their Finisher apparel mailed to them. It may not be available after the race.

🚌 Shuttle and Aid Stations

• Shuttle Service: A Shuttle Bus for 31K runners will depart the finish area at Granite Beach to head to the start line at 7 am. Tickets are available on a limited first-come basis for $25.
• Aid Stations: There will be four aid stations on the 31K course stocked with cold water, FLUID electrolyte beverage, energy gels, and sweet and salty snacks along with Vasoline and first aid.

📅 Race Day Schedule

• 6:30 AM: Registration/Packet Pick up opens (31K at Start in Auburn)
• 7:00 AM: Buses begin transporting runners to start for 31K
• 8:00 AM: Start of Chanoko 31K (at Auburn Overlook)
• 8:00 AM: Start of the Chanoko 5K (at Granite Beach)

🔄 Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

👥 Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
