Join us for the 5K or 10 Miler at the 2025 Escape from Folsom Trail Runs. Each course offers wonderful aid stations along Folsom Lake on scenic trails covered in wildflowers. Back in 2025: Escape from Folsom Finisher Medals!

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Location: Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA
• Course: Scenic trails along the shoreline of Folsom Lake
• Finisher Medals: Available for all participants in 2025
• Race Shirts: Soft cotton race shirts for sale prior to the race for $20

🏆 Awards Information

First place Overall Male and Female in The Escape from Folsom 5K & 10 Miler will receive Overall Champion Awards. Awards three deep in each ten-year age group for both the 10 Miler and the 5K.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

Race packets will be available race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am at the race site. Please note that race fees increase on race day.

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 AM: Registration/Packet Pick up opens
• 7:00 AM: Race announcements begin
• 8:00 AM: Start of Escape from Folsom 10 Miler
• 8:05 AM: Start of Escape from Folsom 5K

💸 Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given as a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame, with a $25 transfer fee. All TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

🙌 Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. Volunteers can reserve a position by emailing: Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
