🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event Name: Dashing for Donuts 5K and Kids 1 Mile Fun Run
• Date: June 8th, 2025
• Location: Ray Lawyer Drive Park and Ride, Placerville, CA
• Course: A new route on the El Dorado Trail from Jail Street and Ray Lawyer Drive

🥇 Race Details

• Format: Down and back race along a paved trail
• Elevation: Downhill to the middle of Weber Creek Bridge, followed by an uphill return
• Finish Line: Receive a donut and a medal upon completion
• Order: 5K race starts first, followed by the kids' 1 mile race

💖 Cause

• Beneficiary: All proceeds will go to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) - Team Teal
• Background: A 15-year ovarian cancer survivor and team member of NOCC - Team Teal
• Mission: NOCC supports and educates women diagnosed with ovarian cancer
• Future Goal: Running the 2025 New York City Marathon

📅 Packet Pickup

• Location: Kaia Fit, 4615 Missouri Flat Road #5
• Times: Friday, June 6th from 4-6 PM, Saturday, June 7th from 10 AM to 12 PM
• Race Day Pickup: Available at the race location on the morning of the event
• Registration Deadline: Last day to guarantee shirt size is May 24th

• Dogs: Allowed on the course, but must start at the back
