The Gold Rush Growler 5K & 10 Miler
Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA
- New Courses: The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K will have new routes for 2025.
- Post Race: Enjoy IPA beer and receive a custom Gold Rush Growler Finisher Beer Glass!
- Commemorative Shirts: Available for $20 in men's and women's cuts.
- Scenic Trails: The runs start and finish at Granite Beach, featuring beautiful courses along the shoreline and single track trails.
🏆 Awards and Recognition
- Overall Champions: First place Overall Male and Female in both runs will receive awards.
- Age Group Awards: Awards will be given three deep in each ten-year age group.
- Gold Rush Glasses: Additional awards include Gold Rush Growler Beer Glasses.
📦 Packet Pick Up Information
- Timing: Race packets will be available on race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am at the race site.
💸 Refund and Transfer Information
- No Refund Policy: TBF Racing has a strict no refund policy for all events.
- Credits: A refund requested prior to race week will result in a TBF Race credit, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Transfers: Allowed within a one-year timeframe for a $25 fee: not allowed during race week.
- Weather Policy: All events are held Rain or Shine.
🤝 Race for FREE Information
- Volunteer Program: Participate in the Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program to earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher.
- Shift Duration: Each volunteer shift lasts 4 hours.
- Registration: Reserve your position by emailing Volunteer Director Teri at Teri@totalbodyfitness.com.
- Fee Increase: Race fees will increase on race day.
