Raptor Run 3K presented by the St. Augustine Alligator Farm

🌳 Beneficiary

Program: Eastern Indigo Snake SAFE (Saving Animals from Extinction).
Goal: Contribute to the conservation of the Eastern Indigo Snake.
Range: Once found widely in Southeastern US, reduced to Southeastern Georgia and peninsular Florida.
Threats: Fire suppression, development, and logging affecting longleaf pine habitats.

💰 Entry Fees

Early Registration: $35 (November 13 - January 11).
Regular Registration: $40 (January 12 - February 20).
Late Registration: $45 (Packet Pickup Friday and Race Day).
Note: Registration capped at 500 entries.

Pre-Race Day: Bib/Shirt Pick Up and Registration: Friday, February 21st, 2025, 12 - 4 PM at the Anastasia Island Conservation Center.
Race Day Registration: Sunday, February 23rd, 2025, 6:00 - 7:45 AM, St. Augustine Alligator Farm.
Race Start: Sunday, February 23rd, 2025 - 8:00 AM.
Cancellations/Refunds: No refunds: race may be canceled or postponed if necessary.

🏃‍♀️ Course Description

Runners and walkers are welcome as we start this event at the world famous St. Augustine Alligator Farm, on Anastasia Island, run through the neighborhood of Davis Shores, and finish back at the Alligator Farm. Strollers and costumes are allowed. Children must run or walk the entire course on their own feet to register and receive a medal and race shirt.

Water Stations: Available at the start, 1 mile, and finish.
Digital Clock: Viewable at the finish.
USATF Certified: 3K USATF Certified Course # FL20012JK.

🚗 Parking

There will be free parking at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm for the entire day. The start and finish of the race will be at the Alligator Farm.

🏅 Awards

Overall Awards: Male and Female finishers.
Age Group Awards: Top three runners in various age groups.
Ceremony Time: Award ceremony held by 9:00 AM race day.
Random Prizes: Special awards provided to overall winners and some prizes may be awarded randomly!

⏱️ Race Timing and Scoring

The race will be professionally timed and scored by RaceSmith, Inc. The race will be timed using disposable, electronic tags attached to the bib number. Please wear your bib number to the front, pinned at all four corners, visible, and unaltered. Printed results will be posted at the race site and live online during the race at www.RaceSmith.com.
