- Conservation Efforts: Significant efforts have been made since 1978 to reestablish this species in its historic range.

- Race Start: 8:00 AM, February 23rd, 2025.
- Refund Policy: No refunds, and the event may be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather or emergencies.

- Route: Starts and finishes at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, running through Davis Shores.
- Water Stations: Located at the start, 1 mile, and finish.
- Certification: 3K USATF Certified Course # FL20012JK.
- Course Measurement: Important for accurate record-keeping in road races.

- Free Parking: Available all day at St. Augustine Alligator Farm.
- Location: Start and finish will be at the Alligator Farm.
