๐โโ๏ธ What is a Tunnel To Towers Run & Walk?
Purpose: The Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers.
Honoring Heroes: We honor all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and support our first responders and military who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty!

Annual Event: This will be the 4th annual Tunnel to Towers event here in Palm Coast, and we are excited to bring our community together to honor first responders, our servicemen and servicewomen, and raise funds for the Tunnel to Towers "In the Line of Duty" programs.
๐ How far is a Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk?
Distance: This is a 5K (3.1 miles) to walk or run this event.
Participatory: Anyone can run, walk, or experience this event.
๐ฆ Where can I pick up my packet?
Time: Thursday, April 24 from 9-6pm and Friday, April 25 from 9am-3pm.
Location: Palm Coast Community Center - 305 Palm Coast Pkwy NE - Palm Coast, FL.
๐ Can I register the day of the run?
Registration: Yes. Registration will open at 7am the morning of the run.
Size Guarantee: If you wait to register, we do not guarantee sizes but will do our best to accommodate.
โฐ When does online registration close?
Deadline: Online registration will remain open through Saturday, April 26th and close promptly at 8am start time of the race.
After Pickup: If you register after packet pick-up, you may not receive your T-shirt and any other race day swag.
๐ Do I have to wear my bib number?
Visibility: Yes, please display your bib on the front of your outermost garment.
Course Policy: Those who run without a bib will be asked to leave the course and will not be allowed to finish.
๐ Will there be awards for running?
Event Timing: Yes, additionally, this event will be timed.
Awards Focus: Most of our awards are based on firefighters, police or military running in gear in the same fashion that Stephen Siller did on 9/11.
Experience: This event is intended to be an experience and much more than a run.
๐ง Will water be available?
Water Stations: Yes, a water station will be available along the route.
Start/Finish: There will be water available at the start/finish line.
๐งณ What can you bring to the event?
Permitted Items: Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. Firefighter turnout gear and military backpacks are also permitted.
Personal Items: Please leave all personal items and valuables in your vehicle.
Liability: All items should be stored securely at the owner's risk. Tunnel to Towers Foundation will not be responsible for the loss of any items.
๐ต Does my registration fee count towards my fundraising goal?
Registration Fee: Your registration fee does not count toward the fundraising goal.
๐โโ๏ธ Can someone else pick up my packet for me?
Packet Pickup: Yes, they can. They must present a copy of your registration receipt.
๐ Can I still donate to a team and/or individual after the start of the race?
Donation Period: Yes. Donations will be accepted for 6 weeks after the event.
๐ค How can my company/organization sponsor this event?

๐ Can I transfer my registration to another participant?
Transfer Option: Yes. See information above OR contact us at PalmCoast@:t2t.org and we will manually change it in our system.
๐ธ Can I get a refund?
No Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for the event regardless if you cannot make the date or the foundation needs to cancel the event for extenuating circumstances.
Transfer: Registration may be transferred to another person.

๐งพ Do registrants get receipts?
Receipt: When you register online you should automatically receive a receipt.
Payment Types: If paying in cash, a receipt upon request.
๐ Is there a medical staff available on-site?
Emergency Services: Yes, there will be an Emergency Medical Service team available on-site.
Communication: There is also radio communication available on the course to help communicate with the EMS.
