🚀 Race Overview
The Rotary Club of Flagler Beach is proud to present our 16th Anniversary Race of the Runways at the Flagler Executive Airport. This is a unique evening 5K where participants run or walk along illuminated airport runways under the searchlight of a circling helicopter. Join us Saturday evening, February 22, 2025 at 5:30 PM.
🎉 Costume Contest
- Encouraged attire: Participants are encouraged to add to the fun by wearing glow-in-the-dark clothing and accessories.
- Light-up costumes: Light-up costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.
- No glow sticks: Please, no glow sticks.
📅 Registration Details
- Packet Pick Up: Friday, February 22, 4:00-6:00 PM at Flagler Executive Airport, 201 Airport Road, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
- Day of Registration: Packet Pick Up Saturday, February 24th starting at 4:15 PM.
💵 Race Fees
- Adults: $35 thru January 30, $40 January 31-February 21, $45 day of race.
- Kids 12 and under: $20 thru February 21, $25 day of race.
- Kiddie Dash: $5 (Does not include t-shirt).
👕 Tee Shirts
Only the first 500 pre-registered runners who successfully complete the registration and payment process by Thursday, January 30 will be guaranteed a free race T-shirt. There may be T-Shirts available on race day, but availability and sizes are not guaranteed. Excludes Kiddie Dash participants.
🚗 Parking
Free parking available at the airport.
⏱️ Timing and Scoring
Whether walking or running, participants will be timed and scored with a disposable chip attached to their numbered Bib.
🏅 Finisher Medals
Participants receive a finisher medal.
🐕 Pets Policy
Because this is an airport, dogs are not allowed to participate in the event.
🍼 Strollers Welcome
We welcome families with strollers in the event.
