Race of The Runways 5K

🎉 Race Overview

• Event: The Rotary Club of Flagler Beach is proud to present our 16th Anniversary Race of the Runways at the Flagler Executive Airport.
• Date: Join us Saturday evening, February 22, 2025 at 5:30 PM.
• Experience: This is a unique evening 5K where participants run or walk along illuminated airport runways under the searchlight of a circling helicopter.

👕 Costume Contest

• Fun: Participants are encouraged to add to the fun by wearing glow-in-the-dark clothing and accessories.
• Costumes: Light-up costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.
• Note: Please, no glow sticks.

📅 Registration Details

• Packet Pick Up: Friday, February 22, 4:00-6:00 PM at Flagler Executive Airport, 201 Airport Road, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
• Day of Registration: Saturday, February 24th starting at 4:15 PM.

💲 Race Fees

• Adults: $35 thru January 30, $40 January 31-February 21, $45 day of race.
• 12 and Under: $20 thru February 21, $25 day of race.
• Kiddie Dash: $5 (Does not include t-shirt).

👕 Tee Shirts

• Guarantee: Only the first 500 pre-registered runners who successfully complete the registration and payment process by Thursday, January 30 will be guaranteed a free race T-shirt.
• Availability: There may be T-Shirts available on race day, but availability and sizes are not guaranteed. Excludes Kiddie Dash participants.

🅿️ Parking

• Free Parking: Free parking available at the airport.

⏱ Timing and Scoring

• Method: Whether walking or running, participants will be timed and scored with a disposable chip attached to their numbered Bib.

🥇 Finisher Medals

• Medals: Participants receive a finisher medal.

🐾 Event Policies

• Dogs: Because this is an airport, dogs are not allowed to participate in the event.
• Strollers: We welcome families with strollers in the event.
