🏃♂️ Half Marathon Training Group
Get ready for the Asbury Park Half Marathon and other Spring Half Marathons.
📅 Training Details
- Group Division: We divide up into groups based on ability. Perfect for beginners and first timers as well as those who want to improve their times.
- Support: Supported runs with water and gatorade stops. Post run refreshments. Long sleeve shirt.
- Training Plan: All get a training plan to follow.
- Start Date: Starts on Saturday January 4, 2025.
🗓️ Weekly Schedule
- Meetings: Meet mostly on Saturday mornings (Sunday if bad weather or conflicts in schedule).
- Location: Weekly group runs starting mostly in Asbury Park. We may go to the Manasquan Reservoir for a week or two. Registrants will be notified of location and exact time.
- Coaching: Coaching and training tips to help.
- Certification: RRCA Certified Coaches.
💰 Registration Fees
12 week program is $68.00 before December 1, 2024. $75 after or until full.
