Red Shoe Run: Rockin' 5K, presented by McDonald's, is an annual celebration of family, fundraising and awareness for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama.

- Participatory Options: In-person 5K run or walk, 1-mile fun run, and Red Shoe 'Snoozer'

🏆 Awards and Recognition
This year, our special team awards will include:
- Extra Mile Award: largest team
- House Heroes Award: 1st place fundraising team
- Most Enthusiastic Award: best team spirit
- Corporate Challenge Week Winner: recognition
Individual awards will include House Hero MVP (top individual fundraiser) and all individual participants who raise at least $100 will be entered in a drawing for an RMHCA SWAG Bag.
💵 Fundraising Impact
All money raised through the Red Shoe Run stays at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham to keep families together at a time when it’s needed most.
