Red Shoe Run: Rockin' 5K, presented by McDonald's, is an annual celebration of family, fundraising and awareness for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama.

- Options: In-person 5K run or walk, 1-mile fun run, and a Red Shoe 'Snoozer' option.
- Celebration: Awards ceremony and a block party!
🎭 Costume Contest
Rock N' Roll for RMHCA families! Our "Rockin’ 5K" encourages participants to wear an 'on-theme' costume.
- Best Costume: Will be announced prior to the awards ceremony.
- Special Team Awards: Include Extra Mile Award, House Heroes Award, Most Enthusiastic Award, and Corporate Challenge Week Winner.
- Team Perks: Team Roll Call during awards, VIP table seating, and recognition on RMHCA Facebook page.
- Individual Awards: House Hero MVP and entry for participants raising at least $100 in a SWAG Bag drawing.
💰 Fundraising Impact
All money raised through the Red Shoe Run stays at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham to keep families together at a time when it’s needed most.
