St. Bernadette 16th Annual Turkey Trot 2024

St. Bernadette's 16th Annual Turkey Trot will once again be held in-person with a virtual option as well! We hope our familiar faces will come out to support this community event and that some new faces will join us in virtual format from anywhere you live! As always, our commemorative 2024 Turkey Trot t-shirts will be issued to registered participants (must register by 11/8/2024 to guarantee a shirt for your family). Please note, if your child registers for the race/walk and dumpling dash, they will only receive 1 shirt.

• Format: In-person and virtual options available.
• Registration Deadline: Must register by 11/8/2024 for guaranteed t-shirt.
• Child Registration: Only one shirt will be given for combined registrations.
• Live Tracking: Using RaceJoy for virtual participants.

🏅 Event Highlights

Those with the fastest time in their age group for the In-Person 5k race will also receive a Turkey Trot medal! We look forward to celebrating this event with those that can make it as well as our amazing Bernie's supporters via our social media pages. Be sure to use the hashtag #berniesturkeytrot.

📅 Event Details

Our 16th annual 5k run (or walk) is a single loop 5k and is professionally chip timed by Bryn Mawr Racing. The course takes you through a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood starting and finishing at St. Bernadette School on Bond & Turner Avenues in Drexel Hill. The event also features a 1-Mile Family Fun Walk and Dumpling Dash for the little ones (10 and under).

• In-Person Course: Beautiful tree-lined neighborhood route.
• Virtual Flexibility: Participate anytime from 11/23/24-11/30/24.
• Tracking: Use the RaceJoy app to map your route.
• Time Submission: Submit your time online within the designated week.

🎗️ Fundraising

Same as last year, this year anyone can create a Fundraising page to support St. Bernadette School and share with friends and family to help raise valuable funds for Bernies!

🏆 Incentives

• T-Shirt Guarantee: Registered participants are guaranteed a 2024 Turkey Trot T-Shirt (MUST register by 11/8/24 to be guaranteed a shirt).
• Fee Waiver: Bernies covers the online processing fee if you register before 10/26/24.
• Medals: Awarded to the fastest 5k runner in each age category.
• N.U.T. Pass: Bernie’s students who register will receive a N.U.T. pass.
• Shirt Day: Bernie’s students can wear their 2024 Turkey Trot shirt on a designated school day.
