Winter 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
⏳ Program Details
- Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
- Age Group: Kids aged 8-14 years old of ALL levels and paces.
- Focus: Have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning.
- Capacity: Class will be capped at 30 registrants.
💰 Cost Information
- Class Fee: Cost of the class is $65.
- Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop out of the class after registering.
- Included In Cost: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
- Extras: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company, educational information, and a training shirt.

- Program Dates: January 8, 2025 - February 26, 2025.
- Class Timing: Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm.
- Meeting Place: Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
