✈️ Event Overview
Join us for a 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk and Kids Dash on the main runway and taxiways at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, Illinois. The 5K course is USATF Certified and chip timed. Hang out after your event for podium awards, music, food, giveaways and kids activities. Plus keep an eye out for Elsa and Spiderman guest appearances through the morning!

- Strollers and wagons: Welcome
- Pets: No pets allowed
🎁 Giveaways
- Medals: Participation medals and Top Finisher pins will be awarded
- T-shirts: Participants who register prior to May 1, 2025 are guaranteed a shirt
- 5K and 1-Mile: Unisex adult sizing
- Kids Dash: Youth sizing
No additional shirts will be ordered after May 1st. Supplies are limited, register today to guarantee your shirt selection.
☔ Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, a cancelation call will be made by 8:30AM on event day. This is a fundraising event with proceeds benefiting local aviation scholarships. As a result, no refunds will be issued and the event will not be rescheduled.
