Assam Foundation of North America (AFNA) organizes Annual Walk & Run event at multiple locations across USA. This is our inaugural event in Houston. AFNA will donate the proceeds from this event to help establish an Endoscopy unit in Cachar Cancer Hospital and Research Center in Assam. - Tax Exempt: AFNA operates with tax exemption under section 501(c)(3) with Tax ID. #: 61-0994468.
- Mission: AFNA encourages and facilitates organizational and individual efforts to further mutual understanding and cooperation between Assam and North America.
- Programs: AFNA runs many programs to help further social and educational causes in the USA and in India. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Cachar Cancer Hospital and Research Center.
