As you lace up and line up, you’ll be surrounded by the lush, verdant splendor of spring. Imagine running along shaded corridors where the crisp, fresh air fills your lungs and the fragrant smell of blooming woods invigorates your senses. You’ll pass fields of stunning Blue Bonnet flowers and a tapestry of blooming flora that turns every mile into a feast for the eyes.

With distances to suit every runner, the Spring Fling offers:

• 1 Mile: Perfect for beginners or those looking for a brisk, scenic jog.
• 5K: A great middle ground for a rewarding challenge.
• 10K: Ideal for those wanting to push their limits a bit further.
• 15K: For those seeking a more substantial adventure.
• 20K: The ultimate test for our most dedicated athletes craving a serious run.

👶 Kids Dash

But don’t let the fun end there! We also have a Kids Dash for our little yetis aged 10 and under. The crowd will go wild cheering on these young champions as they sprint to the finish line, adding a burst of energy and excitement to the race.

🎁 Finisher Swag

At the end of your run, you’ll be greeted with the awesome finishers' swag you’ve come to expect from Bigfoot events. Each finisher will receive a super cool custom medal—a keepsake to remember your achievement. This isn’t just any medal: it’s designed to be as unique and impressive as your running journey! Plus, you’ll snag a super soft, comfy race tee that’s perfect for wearing long after the race is over.

🏆 Awards

We’ll be celebrating every runner’s accomplishment as they cross the finish line, with names announced to acknowledge your hard-earned success. Trophies will be awarded to the first overall male and female in each event, while age group awards will recognize the top 1st, 2nd, and 3rd finishers in each age category. Our age group winners will be honored and celebrated, adding to the excitement and sense of achievement.

• Pre-race Pump-up: Enjoy the energy from the Bigfoot staff and DJ Sasquatch’s lively beats.
• Live Results: Results and Awards are live and available at the Registration tent immediately following your finish!
• Snacks and Refreshments: Available at the race rally tent after finishing.
• Aid Stations: Water stations on the course to provide assistance as needed.

📅 Event Schedule

6:30-7:45am: Packet Pickup

7:55am: Kids Dash (Meet at the Start Line)

8:00am: National Anthem and Race Start!

🌟 Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer then Run includes a custom chip timed bib, super soft tee, and an awesome finisher medal! You can participate in the 5K run offered for this event. More information on various volunteer roles is available.

Packet pickup is always offered for 1.5 hours before the event start time. If an additional packet pickup is scheduled, it will be communicated via email to all registered participants a minimum of 1 week before the race.
