🎉 Event Overview
Join the fun at the Annual Resolution Run presented by Birmingham Ultra Trail Society (BUTS)! Get the new year off to an early start by partying (at least that's what we'll loosely call a fun run) with a few hundred like-minded souls. This informal "race" is an opportunity to enjoy good company and support a great cause as all net proceeds raised by registration fees and your donations will go directly to Red Mountain Park. We will have some of your favorite race / run organizers coming out to show off what is coming up in 2025!
🏃♂️ Race Distances
- Ultra 5K: 4 miles route
- Ultra 10K: 7 miles route
- Multiple Loops: Choose whichever suits your fancy or loop through multiple times for longer distances.
- Start Times: Different start times for each route so that everyone can finish at about the same time.
🌲 Trail Information
For those not familiar with Red Mountain Park, these will be trail routes but some of the trails are converted railroad paths and are not very technical.
💵 Registration Details
- Cost: Each race is only $15.
- Awards: No awards.
- Timing: No timing.
- Atmosphere: Just fun. Come join us!!!
