🏃♂️ Event Overview
Playmakers has once again partnered with Meridian Township Parks Department to offer this unique fitness opportunity for children in 3rd-6th grades. Running Club participants receive Good Form Running coaching from certified Playmakers staff during eight training sessions and concludes with a Fun Run Finale! Our goal is to promote fun, healthy, active lifestyles and help children get in shape for other sporting activities.

🏃♀️ Training Sessions
At each session, participants will learn proper dynamic warm-up techniques, Good Form Running practices, and play a fun game!
🏃♂️ Program Goals
- Starting Mileage: Mileage will start low and gradually increase.
- Final Goal: Achieve a goal of 3 kilometers (1.85 miles) at the end of the program.
