Calling all dog walkers, runners, and Halloween enthusiasts! PAWS presents the 4th annual Zombie Walk & Furry 5k!
This Halloween is going to the dogs! Your pups can expect all of their favorites at the Zombie Walk & Furry 5k!
- Treats: Delicious snacks for your furry friends.
- Exercise: A fun way for you and your dog to stay active.
- New Pals: Meet other dog lovers and their pets.
- Costumes: Prepare for the cutest costumes!
š Awards and Prizes
Humans can expect a cute keepsake finisher awards for their pets, door prizes, raffles, and a costume contest!
- Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place for pups under 50lbs.
- Awards: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place for pups over 50lbs.
- Costume Contest: Best dog costume.
- Costume Contest: Best human costume.
š Location and Course
A new course this year! We are partnering with Gravel Road Brewing as our starting/ending location! Utilizing the bike path and wide scenic downtown sidewalks!
Ample free parking can be found near by, the largest lot is a block away at 26 S Broad Street! Behind the SORG Opera House.
ā° Important Times
- 9:00 AM: Race day registration.
- 10:00 AM: Race begins.
š Shirts
- Cost: $10 per shirt.
- Deadline: Deadline to preorder a shirt is October 1st.
š Costume Contest
- Categories: Best matching dog and owner costume.
- Note: You do not need to run with a dog to sign up. Only to win an award.
