🍺 Dogtown Beer Down - Beer Mile
Join us Saturday, October 12th, for the Fourth Annual Argenta Beer Mile!
What is the Beer Mile?
Drink 4 beers and run 4 laps on the designated course in style as quickly as you can.
- Canned Beer and Laps: Each competitor drinks four cans of beer and runs four laps around a 1/4 mile course.
- Start Line Protocol: Beer must be consumed before the lap begins within the transition area.
- Race Details: Competitors start the race by drinking the first beer in the transition zone to cover a full mile.
- Rules and Regulations: Competitors must drink canned beer that is no less than 355mL (12 Oz) in volume.
Getting Ready for the Event
- Packet Pickup: Be prepared to run at the selected time with packet pickup starting at 11:00 AM.
- Event Location: The race starts at the Argenta Plaza on Main Street, downtown North Little Rock.
- Heats and Prizes: Multiple heats will be held with prizes for top male, female competitors, and most dramatic finish.
- Charity Support: Proceeds will benefit the Recycle Bikes for Kids.
Packet Pickup Information
- Pre-race Packet Pickup: At Flyway on 10/11 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Race Day Packet Pickup: Starts at 11:00 AM at the Plaza on Main Street in Argenta.
