🏁 Course Details
- Flat and Fast: Enjoy a fast, flat course in downtown Suffolk.
🚰 Fluids and Food
- Aid Station: There will be 1 aid station with water at about the 1.5 mark.
🏅 Amenities & Post-Race Celebration
- Premium T-Shirt: All 5K & 1 Mile registered runners will receive a Premium T-Shirt.
- Medals: All finishers will receive Medals.
- Hospitality: Enjoy onsite hospitality & refreshments.
- After-party: Live band, beer, pizza, snacks, and cold beverages!
📦 Packet Pickups
- Early Pickup: At Momac Brewery on Friday, November 8th, 3 PM - 6 PM.
- Race Day Pickup: From 7-7:50 AM for 5K & 7-9 AM for the mile at the starting area.
⏰ Race Times
- 5K Start: 8 AM
- 1 Mile Start: Approx 9:15 AM
🏆 Awards
- 5K Race: Top 3 OVERALL Male and Female: top 3 in age groups receive awards.
- 1 Mile Awards: Top 3 Males and Females in age groups receive awards.
⚔️ Military Teams Competition
- Team Competitions: Compete across different branches for the largest and fastest team.
- Eligibility: Fastest team includes top 3 males & females: largest team includes any member served.
📝 Registration Information
- Registration Deadline: Open until 7 AM on Race Day.
- Discounts: Strider Plus/Legacy runners receive a discount applied automatically.
- Club Membership Discount: A $5 discount available with membership up through Race Day.
