- Global Participation: Join from your neighborhood or participate virtually
- Activities: Accumulate miles through walking, running, riding, swimming, paddling, or dinking
- Weekend Fun: Engage in activities from June 7th - June 8th
- No Time Needed: Just share your miles and photos!
🎓 High School Challenge
- Win for Schools: Top male and female finishers win $200 for their school
- Participation Bonus: $100 awarded to the school with the largest turnout
- Student Entry Fee: Just $30, locked in
- Encouragement: High School students are encouraged to join!
👶 Diaper Dash
- Age Group: For children under one year old
- Location: Professional Richmond Kickers' soccer field on the Dash mat-track
- Distance: Crawling four yards to victory!
- Donation: No charge, but donations are appreciated
🏃♀️ Toddler Trot
- Age Group: For toddlers aged one and two
- Distance: 20 yards down the field
- Fans: Cheering them on!
- Donation: No charge, but small donations are appreciated
🏅 Caped Colon Crusader Sprint
- Who: Children under the age of six
- Encouragement: Wear your favorite cape!
- No Charge: Participation is free, with optional donations
- Start Time: Begins at 7:45 AM
🎶 Event Atmosphere
- Activities: Music, costumes, games, and prizes
- Awards: Fastest man and woman, top age group finishers
- Team Awards: Best Costume, Largest Social Team, Largest Corporate Team
- Referral Rewards: Bring 5+ participants for a $20 refund
