Join us on October 18, 2025, for the 10K starting at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K starting at 8:10 a.m.

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and experience the thrill of running or walking through the charming streets and scenic trails of Ashland, Virginia, on a beautiful fall day!

• Beneficiary Organizations: All proceeds will benefit ACES (Ashland Christian Emergency Services), the Ashland Volunteer Rescue Squad, and other local charities.
• Community Spirit: This year's event promises fun, community spirit, and a chance to make a difference.

Start and finish at the picturesque Ashland Carter Park. Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants as you take in the stunning fall scenery.

• Course Certification: Both the 10K (VA21018RT) and 5K (VA21016RT) courses are US Track & Field Certified.
• Top-Notch Experience: This ensures a top-notch experience for all participants.

Gather your friends, family, or colleagues and form a team! Once three members have registered, team pricing kicks in at just $32.50 per person. The more, the merrier!

⏱️ Professional Timing by Commonwealth Timing

Both the 5K and 10K events will be chip-timed, ensuring accurate results for all participants.

🎽 Packet Pickup and Registration

• Location: Packets can be picked up at the Patrick Henry YMCA on October 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or at Carter Park on race day (October 18, 2025) from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM.
• Onsite Registration: Registrations will be accepted at both packet-pick up locations.
• Registration Time: All registration will be onsite during packet pickup or race day after October 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

🏅 Participant Perks

• Finisher's Medal: Participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Race T-shirt: A race t-shirt will be given if registered by October 1, 2025.
• Prizes: Automatic entry for prizes on race day.
• Top Finishers: 10K and 5K participants will receive money and medals.
