» Our event date will be Saturday, September 14th, 2023. Walkers will start at 8:45 am and the 5K runners at 9 am. Day of/In-person registration starts at 7:15 am.

THE COURSE:
» The Spotswood 5K Race course will take you through the streets of Spotswood. - » Volunteers and white arrows will guide you through the race. Two water stations will be available at the one and two-mile marks.
- » A 15-minute mile pace or faster is required. Falling below this pace may result in limited course support.
- » If needed, participants may be asked to move onto the sidewalk or be transported further up the course to catch up to the 15 min. per mile group.
