• Details: Join us for the 5th annual G.O.A.T.5K trail race! With more than 2,000 acres of picturesque land, Kiawah River race participants will enjoy the beautiful trails and unmatched views of springtime in the Lowcountry.

🐐 The Goatery Experience

• Start/Finish: The race will start and finish with the adorable baby goats at The Goatery.
• Post-Race: Join us for biscuits, coffee, and a Farmer's Market with farm fresh produce and specialty goods!
• Eco-Friendly: We are proud to make this race 100% eco-friendly!

🌱 Race Beneficiary

• Proceeds: Race proceeds will benefit the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project.
• Contributions: Please click the donation tab at the top of this page if you are interested in making additional contributions.
• Finisher Gifts: All participants will receive a one-of-a-kind hat and a farm fresh plant in lieu of finisher medals.
• Awards: Overall and Age Group Awards will include fresh farm produce and goods from our local farmers.

❓ FAQs

• Parking: Head to 3883 Betsy Kerrison Parkway to meet our parking attendants. Carpooling is encouraged.
• Packet Pickup: Race packet pickup on Friday, May 2nd from 10am - 6pm at Blue Sky Endurance. Race day pickup from 7:30-8am at The Goatery.
• Chip Timing: Yes, the 5K race is chip-timed by Timing, Inc.
• Stroller Policy: All-terrain strollers are welcome, but must start in the back.

💰 Registration Details

• Registration Includes: Chip-timed trail run, race trucker hat, eco-friendly plants for all finishers, and prize baskets for top winners.
• Cost: Registration is $45, increasing to $55 on 4/1/25 and $60 on race day.
• Funds Raised: Support the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project, helping local farms thrive.
