Join us on May 10, 2025, for the 22nd Annual Moms’ Run as we celebrate a milestone: the 25th anniversary of Postpartum Support Charleston! This year’s event is a tribute to 25 years of community, resilience, and commitment to supporting mothers in Charleston. With both our beloved 5K run/walk and the 1-mile walk option (back for the second year), there’s an opportunity for everyone to participate and honor this incredible journey.

This family-friendly day includes:

• Kids Dash: A fun race for kids.
• Activity Area: Featuring a photo booth and a scavenger hunt.
• All Ages: Activities for everyone to enjoy.
• Celebration: A day of connection and support.

When you register, you’ll receive:

• Commemorative T-Shirt: To remember the day.
• Race Bag: For the first 500 to check in at packet pickup.
• Finisher Flowers: For all 1-mile and 5K finishers.
• Free Snacks: Complimentary coffee and refreshments at the finish line.

Postpartum Support Charleston has dedicated a quarter century to supporting mothers and raising awareness about maternal mental health. Your participation helps us continue providing essential resources and building a brighter future for mothers and families right here in our community.

🗓️ Event Day Schedule

Join us for the following activities:

• 6:45 a.m: Event Opens!
• 7:45 a.m: Kids Dash Start
• 8:00 a.m: Moms' Run/Walk 5K
• 8:05 a.m: 1-Mile Walk Start
• 9:30 a.m: Award Ceremony
• 10:30 a.m: Event Close

Packet pickup:

• May 10th: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. at Philip Simmons High School, 3080 River Village Drive, Charleston, SC 29492.
• May 11th: Location & Time TBD.

This is a rain or shine event. Please also note that we cannot allow animals at this event.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

• Finisher Medals: Flowers will be given to our finishers in honor of Mother's Day.
• Strollers: Absolutely! This race takes place on the track and is very stroller friendly.
• Bikes: No, bikes are not allowed on the course or at the event.
• Pets: No, dogs or pets are not allowed at the High School and cannot be permitted on our race course.
• Packet Pickup: Yes, packet pickup will be open on race morning starting at 7 am.
• Picking Up for Friends: Yes, you can pickup for a friend.
• Late Arrival: Please arrive by 7:30 am to ensure you can participate.
• Refund Policy: We are unable to refund your race registration.
