Join us on May 10, 2025, for the 22nd annual Moms’ Run as we celebrate a milestone: the 25th anniversary of Postpartum Support Charleston! This year’s event is a tribute to 25 years of community, resilience, and commitment to supporting mothers in Charleston. With both our beloved 5K run/walk and the 1-mile walk option (back for the second year), there’s an opportunity for everyone to participate and honor this incredible journey.

• Kids Dash: A fun race for the little ones.
• Activity Area: Features a photo booth and a scavenger hunt.
• Something for Everyone: All ages can enjoy the day!

🎽 Registration Perks

• Commemorative T-Shirt: All participants receive a race t-shirt.
• Race Bag: Given to the first 500 check-ins at packet pickup.
• Finishers' Flowers: For all 1-mile and 5K finishers.
• Free Snacks: Including coffee and finish line treats.

Postpartum Support Charleston has dedicated a quarter century to supporting mothers and raising awareness about maternal mental health. Your participation helps us continue providing essential resources and building a brighter future for mothers and families right here in our community.

📍 Packet Pickup Information

• May 8th: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Verde, Belle Hall, 616-A Long Point Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464
• May 10th: 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. at Philip Simmons High School, 3080 River Village Drive, Charleston, SC 29492

⏰ Event Day Schedule

• 6:45 a.m.: Event Opens!
• 7:45 a.m.: Kids Dash Start
• 8:00 a.m.: Moms' Run/Walk 5K
• 8:05 a.m.: 1-Mile Walk Start
• 9:30 a.m.: Award Ceremony
• 10:30 a.m.: Event Close

This is a rain or shine event. Please also note that we cannot allow animals at this event.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

• Finisher Medals: Flowers will be given to our finishers in honor of Mother's Day.
• Strollers: Absolutely! This race takes place on the track and is very stroller friendly.
• Bikes: No, we do not allow bikes on the course or at the event.
• Pets: No dogs or pets are allowed on the race course or at the venue.
• Packet Pickup on Race Day: Yes, you can pick up your packet starting at 6:45 a.m.
• Picking Up for Friends: Yes, you can pick up for a friend: just let them know.
• Late Arrival: Please arrive by 7:45 a.m. to ensure you can participate.
• Refunds: We are unable to refund your race registration: contact momsrun@ppdsupport.org for inquiries.
