Turkey Day Run & Gobble Wobble 5K

Join us on November 27, 2025, to burn off your Thanksgiving calories before you've even consumed 'em!

• Mission: The Turkey Day Run’s mission is to raise money for local charities.
• Impact: The Turkey Day Run & Gobble Wobble is a premiere charity event that has a direct and meaningful impact in the lives of families throughout the Charleston metropolitan area.
• Tradition: A family tradition for 48 years, The Turkey Day Race brings together the community in a safe and family fun atmosphere.
• Participation: The event welcomes all people to participate as an athlete, volunteer, or spectator.

The Charleston Turkey Day Run is the 3rd largest Thanksgiving day 5K in the US!

Registration will remain open until the event sells out. Register early to secure your spot!

🚫 No Race Day Registration

Due to the growing size of the race we will no longer have race morning packet pickup or registration.

• Packet Pickup: Please be sure to pickup your packet at the Expo the day before the race in Marion Square from 9am to 7pm.
• Proxy Pickup: You may have someone else pickup your packet for you.
• Mail Option: You may also select to have your packet mailed to you for an additional $15. You must select this option during the registration process.
• Strollers: Strollers are allowed in the "Gobble Wobble" category. Sign up for this category during the registration process if you plan to walk with a stroller or pull behind wagon.

📦 Race Expo and Packet Pickup

The Race Expo will be Wednesday, November 26th from 9am – 7pm. Packet pick-up is at the tent on the Northeast side of Marion Square, (337 Meeting St.).

• Timing: Expo is from 9am – 7pm on November 26th.
• Location: Pickup at the tent on the Northeast side of Marion Square.
• Registration Reminder: Race Shirt not guaranteed for Late Registration.

🕖 Race Day Schedule

• 7:00am – 8:30am: Participants begin to lineup in designated corrals.
• 9:00am: 5K Run & Walk starts.
• 9:00am – 11:00am: Post Race Celebration Begins.
• 10:30am: Children’s Fun Run followed by awards.
