🎉 Event Overview
The City of San Antonio presents the second annual Holidays on Houston Fun Run! Holidays on Houston brings nostalgic, holiday fun to historic downtown San Antonio throughout the holiday season with festive lights, family-friendly events, a holiday market, outdoor movies, and other activations. The Fun Run will showcase holiday lights on Houston Street. Check out all the festivities at the Holidays on Houston Website.
🏃♂️ 5k Course Details
The Holidays on Houston Fun Run will start and finish at Travis Park with a festive after-party. Along the way, runners and walkers will experience the vibrancy of historic Houston Street decorated for the holidays.
- Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers.
- Participation: All 5k finishers will receive a medal.
👨👩👧👦 Family Run & Walk
This family-friendly option will lead runners and walkers along Houston Street and end at Travis Park. The course is approximately a mile and a half in distance.
🎁 Limited Availability
The first 1,000 registrants will receive a special edition Holidays on Houston beanie.
- Group Discounts: Bring your friends & family! $5 off for 2 or 3 registrants! $10 off for 4 or more registrants!
🅿️ Parking Information
The City offers free parking during Downtown Tuesdays at all City operated garages, lots, and meters. Explore available parking on the online interactive map. Park near Travis Park and catch the free shuttle to the starting line at San Pedro Springs Culture Park.

🥳 Race After Party
The After Party is an opportunity to celebrate the holiday season! Activities will start at 5 p.m. and include live music, food, ice skating, games, giveaways, and more. The After Party is free and open to the public, and the perfect destination after your run!

6:30 p.m. -- Race Starts at Travis Park
7:00 p.m. -- The Spazamatics perform at Travis Park

Race day packet pick-up will be available, but we highly encourage picking up your packets beforehand.
