Shake off the winter chill and welcome the sunshine with the Spring Fling Race Series — the hottest 5K / 10K event of the season! Lace up, grab your crew, and join us for a morning full of music, medals, and Bigfoot magic. From our littlest Yetis in the Kids Dash to seasoned runners chasing PRs, there’s something for everyone!

Volunteer Then Run: Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.

Full Race Volunteer: Perfect for those who want to help but not run. Includes Bigfoot race shirt, VIP race access, and choice of a FREE future race entry or $20 Amazon digital gift card.

📅 Volunteering Schedule

Arrive 1.5 hrs early to help with packet pickup, run the 5K, and help hand out awards post-race. Limited to first 5 sign-ups only.

🔍 Volunteer Roles & Ratings

Water Station: Keep cups filled and cheer on runners! Rating: Chill position with great interaction.

Course Monitors: Located at key safety points, direct runners and cheer them on! Rating: Fun and exciting!

Finish Line Helper: Assist with medals and refreshments. Rating: Easy and fun!

Bigfoot Mascot: Cheer, give high-fives, and take photos! Rating: The coolest position!

📋 Important Notes

Shirt Guarantee: 10 days before race day. Limited availability after that.

Weather: Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold.

Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.

Course Surface: Expect mixed surfaces (pavement, crushed granite, dirt paths).
