Wendell Foster Half Marathon & 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The sixth annual Wendell Foster Half Marathon & 5K offers a flat and fast route of Owensboro, Kentucky. The 13.1-mile half marathon and 3.1-mile 5K will be fully supported, including some full and partial road closures. The race will start and finish on the riverfront by beautiful Smothers Park, which offers three signature fountains and an award-winning playground.

💧 Course Support

• Water Stations: Conveniently placed along the course.
• Timing: The races will be professionally timed.
• Finisher Medals: Awarded to those who complete the course.
• Prize Money: Available for top competitors in both distances.

⏱️ Race Details

• Course Time Limit: There is a 4 hour course time limit to complete the Half Marathon.
• Age Requirement: You must be 12 years of age on race day to register for the Half Marathon.
• 5K Participants: Age restriction does NOT apply to those participating in the 5K.
• Duo Team Division: Age restriction does NOT apply to duo riders.
