To Emmaus and Back 2025

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Inaugural To Emmaus and Back 14 mile run!!

Join us for the 7:30AM start from Friedman Park.

Location: 2700 Park Blvd, Newburgh, IN.

We’ll run (or walk) through the park and beautiful Newburgh area.

All proceeds will go to the International Mission Board and Wycliffe Bible Translators.

📅 Date and Location

• Date: Saturday morning, April 12, 2025.
• Start Time: 7:30 AM for the 14 mile run.
• Starting Point: Friedman Park.
• Course Information: The 14 mile run will have some hills. Course Map.

The 10k will start at 7:45 AM and the 5k run/walk will start at 8 AM.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female overall for each race distance.
• Special Awards: Overall Male and Female winner in each distance.
• Age Groups: Top 3 males and females in each group: 1-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

🎟️ Packet Pickup Location

Packet pick up will be on Friday, April 11, 2025, between 4-6 PM at Ultimate Fit.

Packets for “Virtual” runners can be mailed for an extra $10 fee to cover the cost of shipping.

📝 Late & Final Registration

If you have not registered for the To Emmaus and Back run, you can register on the race date, April 12th, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM.

• Registration Fee: $35 per participant.
• Payment: Cash or check only.
• Registration Forms: One registration form for each participant.

You will receive your race bib number and registration packet.

🚦 Race Day

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to stretch and get warmed up.

The race will proceed regardless of inclement weather.

⏱️ Timing

The race will be officially timed by “To the Finish.” Results will be posted at www.tothefinishtiming.com.

👶 Strollers and Pets

Strollers may be used in all races, but please use caution in inclement weather. Dogs, skates, skateboards, and scooters are NOT ALLOWED in any of the races.

🚗 Parking

Parking will be available in the park lots. Please obey parking signs and do not park in the neighborhoods surrounding the park as it may interfere with the runners.
