🏃♂️ Event Overview
Second annual TriCord Ruck & Run trail run happening on April 12, 2025 to bring awareness and support to Oklahomans whose lives have been affected by trauma and PTSD. All funds raised will go directly to provide life-changing services for military personnel, veterans, at-risk youth and young adults in Oklahoma.
📍 Location
Located at Lake Stanley Draper Lake, TriCord Ruck & Run will offer timed and untimed options for distances of:
- Half Marathon: 13.1M
- 10K: 10K
- 5K: 5K
- Fun Ruck/Run: Untimed 1 mile
🥳 Event Activities
Run or walk the trail, collect the swag, have lunch at one of the three food trucks and get to know your fellow participants.

TriCord Ranch Foundation is all about restoring the community that seems to be disappearing in the current digital culture.
🎟️ Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick-up is race day at the registration tent, next to the First Aid tent.
