Red Coyote Summer 2025 Go Farther 10K Training Program

🏃‍♂️ Program Overview

• Program Start Date: May 6th, 2025
• Location: 5720 N. Classen Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK
• Goal: Train for the Love Run 5K/10K on June 28th
• Cost: FREE for all abilities (run or walk)

📅 Training Details

• Duration: 8 week support-based program
• Content: Official handbook and schedule through email
• Communication: Private Facebook group for participants
• Coached Runs: Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings

👕 Program Shirt

• Purchase Option: Training Program shirt for $15.00
• Pickup: Available halfway through the program
• Note: Shirts must be pre-purchased, not available later
• Charity Donation: Unpicked shirts donated after 14 days

🏅 Coached Runs Schedule

• Kick-Off Run: May 6th at 6:00pm
• Tuesday Runs: 6:00pm at Red Coyote Classen Curve
• Saturday Runs: 7:00am at various locations
• Distance: Gradually increase from 3 to 6.2 miles
