🎁 Participant Details
- Inclusions: Registration includes a participant long sleeve shirt, commemorative finisher medal, and chip-timed custom bib number.
- Light Show: The race takes participants through the Joy of Christmas light show featuring over 1,000,000 lights!
- Registration Deadline: Online registration closes on Thursday, December 5th at noon. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
- Packet Pick-Up: All participants must pick up their packets prior to the race: there will be no race day packet pick-up.

- December 7th: 12pm-4pm at Davis Family YMCA, 45 McClurg Rd, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
- December 8th: 12pm-3pm at Birdfish Brewery, 140 E. Park Avenue, Columbiana, Ohio 44408.
- Packet Contents: Your packet includes your commemorative medal, long sleeve participant shirt, and chip-timed custom bib number.
- Shirt Guarantee: Shirts are only guaranteed to participants registered by November 25th: prices increase on this date.
🏆 Awards and Afterparty
- Awards Presentation: 5K awards will be presented inside the pavilion next to the finish line shortly after participants finish.
- Refreshments: Cookies are available for participants inside the pavilion, and a DJ will play festive music!
- After Party: A free after party, including soup for participants, will take place at Birdfish Brewery.
- Family-Friendly: The after party location is just a short distance from the race and is family-friendly.
